1. The No KYC Commitment

We do not request, collect, verify, or store any personal identification documents. We never ask you for passports, driver's licenses, selfies, proof of address, or tax numbers. Your identity is represented entirely by your login credentials (email or social account) and your generated wallet address.

2. What Data We Collect

• Account data: Your email address and basic profile info (e.g. name, avatar url) provided by your social login provider, along with hashed passwords.
• Public blockchain data: Your wallet address, transaction history, and event wagers, which are publicly available on the Base blockchain.
• Usage logs: Technical information such as your browser type, device information, and anonymous usage stats to help us keep our service functional and secure.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information to authenticate you, facilitate prediction markets, process raffle tickets, and distribute smart contract rewards. We do not sell, rent, or lease your account information to third parties.

4. Embedded Wallet Infrastructure

Our authentication and wallet generation features are handled by thirdweb. When you log in, thirdweb verifies your identity and coordinates with secure enclaves to retrieve or initialize your non-custodial wallet. Your private key remains encrypted and is never shared with us.

5. Data Deletion and Portability

Because your account is tied directly to a self-custodial wallet, you retain ownership of the wallet address even if you delete your OmniPool account. You may request account deletion by emailing our support team.
