1.1 Sign-Up Methods

You may create an account by signing in with a social login provider (such as Google) or by providing an email address and creating a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

1.2 Wallet Generation

Upon successful authentication, we use thirdweb’s embedded wallet infrastructure (“In-App Wallets”) to automatically generate a unique blockchain wallet for you. This wallet is created within a secure, isolated environment (a secure enclave) after we verify your legitimacy.

1.3 Self-Custodial and Non-Custodial Nature

Your wallet is non-custodial. This means:

• You are the sole owner of your wallet.
• Your private key is generated and stored within the secure enclave and never leaves that environment. Even we, as the platform operator, cannot access your private key, your recovery phrase, or your funds.
• We never take custody of your USDC or other digital assets.

1.4 Account Recovery

If you lose access to your authentication method (e.g., you forget your password or lose access to your email), you can use the standard recovery flow of your authentication provider to regain access to your account. Because we do not have access to your wallet’s private key, we cannot recover your wallet for you. You are responsible for maintaining access to your associated email account or social login method.

1.5 Linking Multiple Authentication Methods

You may have the ability to link multiple authentication methods (e.g., both a social login and an email/password) to the same wallet. This allows you to access your wallet using any of the linked methods.

1.6 Third-Party Services – thirdweb

Our wallet generation and authentication services are provided by thirdweb, Inc. (“thirdweb”). Your use of these features is also subject to thirdweb’s own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or errors by thirdweb, nor for any failure of the secure enclave or other thirdweb infrastructure.

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where online gambling, raffles, or prediction markets are prohibited. You are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws.

2.3 One Account Per Person

You may only create one account. Creating duplicate accounts using different email addresses or social logins is prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Currency

All transactions, ticket prices, wagers, and prizes are denominated in USDC on the Base blockchain. No other currency is accepted.

3.2 Transaction Processing

When you perform an action on the Platform, you will be prompted to approve a blockchain transaction via your wallet. Gas fees (transaction fees on Base) are paid by you. We may also charge platform fees as disclosed on each action.

3.3 Payouts and Prizes

Winnings are sent automatically to your wallet address. No withdrawal requests are needed.

3.4 Non-Refundable Transactions

All blockchain transactions are final. We cannot issue refunds for user errors.

4.1 Ticket Purchase

Raffle tickets are sold for a fixed price in USDC. Each ticket represents one entry into a specific raffle draw.

4.2 Smart Contract Draw

Raffles are governed by a verifiable smart contract using a provably random mechanism (e.g., Chainlink VRF). The draw occurs on the published date.

4.3 Prize Distribution

Cash prizes are transferred directly to the winner’s wallet via smart contract. Physical prizes (e.g., event tickets) require the winner to provide a shipping address. Failure to provide an address within 30 days forfeits the physical prize.

4.4 Winner Announcement

Winners are announced on-chain and on the Platform’s community feed. Cash prizes are automatically sent; no claim process is required.

5.1 What Is a Prediction Market?

Prediction markets allow you to buy “Yes” or “No” shares on future binary events (e.g., “Will Mbappé win Golden Boot?” – Yes/No). Shares are purchased at a dynamic price in USDC determined by an automated market maker. There are no fixed odds, lines, or point spreads. At market resolution, each correct share pays exactly 1 USDC; incorrect shares become worthless.

5.2 Buying and Selling Shares

You may buy or sell shares at any time before market closing. Shares are ERC-20 tokens representing your position.

5.3 Market Resolution

After the event occurs, a designated resolver triggers resolution based on a pre-published source. If the event is ambiguous (e.g., postponed, cancelled), the market may be declared void and all positions refunded proportionally.

5.4 Settlement

After resolution, the smart contract redeems correct shares for 1 USDC each.

6.1 Games Offered

The casino includes slot games, table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), and instant win games.

6.2 Wagers

Each game has a minimum and maximum bet in USDC. Outcomes are determined by provably fair random number generation.

6.3 Jackpots

Progressive jackpots accumulate a portion of each bet. When won, the full amount is transferred to the winner’s wallet instantly.

7.1 How It Works

Each account has a unique referral link. When a referred user creates an account and makes their first purchase (raffle ticket, prediction market share, or casino bet), both the referrer and referee receive a bonus in USDC as specified.

7.2 Bonus Terms

Bonuses are sent within 24 hours and may have restrictions (e.g., must be used on a raffle ticket).

7.3 Abuse

Self‑referrals (using multiple accounts you control) are forbidden and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and account termination.

8.1 No Identity Verification

We do not request, collect, or store any personal identification documents (passport, driver’s license, selfie, utility bill). Your login credentials (email/password or social login) and your wallet address are your identifiers.

8.2 Legal Compliance Is Your Duty

You are 100% responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform does not violate any laws applicable to you, including laws regarding gambling, money transmission, tax reporting, and sanctions.

8.3 Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on winnings.

10.1 Platform Fees

We may charge fees for certain actions, disclosed before you confirm the transaction (e.g., a percentage of raffle ticket price or trading fee on prediction markets).

10.2 Gas Fees

You pay gas fees (in ETH on Base) for each transaction.

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds.

12.2 Involuntary Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or any activity harmful to the Platform. In such cases, we may forfeit your balance and winnings.

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Gibraltar.

15.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in a class action.
